In the glass, it shows a clear, golden shimmer. On the nose, there are aromas of white peach and apricot, complemented by notes of toasted nuts and toast from the long bottle ageing. On the palate, it is juicy and concentrated, with citrus driven, slightly creamy fruit, supported by a fresh, precise acidity.
