The 2022 Ishigura comes from the renowned Lumière winery in Yamanashi Prefecture, the heart of Japanese viticulture. Its name "Ishigura" refers to the traditional granite stone tanks in which the wine is fermented - a method considered a national treasure in Japan. This unique vinification lends the wine a special depth and elegance.

🍓 Aroma and taste – A summer dream

With Muscat Bailey A and a small proportion of Black Queen, the 2022 Ishigura is a dry and light red wine with 11.5% alcohol by volume. Its characteristic strawberry bouquet, combined with soft and mild tannins and pleasant acidity, makes it a delicate red wine with a surprising fruitiness.
