Rubaiyat Chardonnay 2022 (750ml) This wine from the Marufuji winery was fermented in oak barrels and subsequently matured for six months sur lie with bâtonnage. Wild yeasts were used for fermentation instead of cultured yeasts. The aroma is reminiscent of pear and pineapple, complemented by nuances of butter, nuts, and fine toasted notes. On the palate, the wine reveals itself as fresh and fruit-forward, lending it an elegant and appealing note.
