Petit Domaine Rubaiyat 2021
The Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot blend shows ripe fruit, subtle toasted notes and a hint of forest floor. After eleven months in barrel, with 33% new oak, it is supple and balanced, with a long dark-chocolate finish.
Rubaiyat Chardonnay 2022
The Chardonnay ferments with wild yeasts in oak and spends six months on lees with bâtonnage. New oak accounts for 50%. Pear, pineapple, butter, nuts and toasted notes meet fresh acidity and a creamy texture.
Rubaiyat Petit Verdot 2020
Petit Verdot and Tannat form this fruit-forward blend, aged for 14 months in new oak. Ripe fruit, vanilla and caramel meet soft tannins and gentle acidity. Oak adds spicy notes to its full-bodied character.
