Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a different delivery method than the standard, most cost-effective one we offer), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We will collect the goods at our expense.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging if the seal has been removed after delivery.

The right of withdrawal also does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are liable to spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.
