You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online using the withdrawal function provided on our website. It is available through your customer account at https://account.weinkontorsommer.de . If you use this online function, we will promptly send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium, such as email, including the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time it was received.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification that you are exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.
This does not include additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having returned them, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
We bear the cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed when the contract was concluded, which cannot be delivered earlier than 30 days after conclusion of the contract, and whose current value depends on market fluctuations beyond our control.
