甲州 – Koshu wine set
€218,90
Regular price €190,00Three wines from Fujiclair and Lumière show different sides of Japan's Koshu grape: a fine sparkling wine, an oak-aged wine and a light, unfiltered white. All three come from Yamanashi.
Koshu Sparkling 2021 – Fujiclair
Apple, lemon zest and quince meet delicate bread notes. Traditional bottle fermentation and around 14 months of bottle ageing shape this sparkling wine. Its persistent fine mousse meets rounded acidity and a savoury finish.
Hikari Koshu 2022 – Lumière
This Koshu ferments in oak and then matures for 20 months in barrel. Quince and apricot are accompanied by subtle oak notes. It offers ripe fruit, gentle acidity and a soft, full-bodied texture. Awarded Gold at Kura Master 2025.
Ginka 2022 – Fujiclair
The unfiltered Koshu shows delicate pear, white peach and floral aromas. At 9% vol, with well-integrated acidity and a subtly creamy texture, it is light and balanced.
