Lumière
€248,90
Regular price €212,95A sparkling wine, a barrel-aged Koshu and a mature red show three different sides of Lumière. The set accompanies a menu from aperitif to a robust main course.
KAKITSUBATA – Lumière
This non-vintage blend of Koshu, Sémillon and Chardonnay uses barrel-fermented and barrel-aged base wines. The second fermentation follows the traditional method in bottle. Creamy mousse, ripe apple and toast define this full-bodied Brut Nature.
Hikari Koshu 2022 – Lumière
This Koshu ferments in oak and then matures for 20 months in barrel. Quince and apricot meet subtle oak notes. It offers ripe fruit, gentle acidity and a soft, full-bodied texture.
Château Lumière Red 2016 – Lumière
Tannat, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon from Yamanashi and Nagano form this mature red blend. After 15 months in small wooden barrels, it shows dark cherry and delicate vanilla. Pronounced, well-integrated tannins and lively acidity support the powerful wine.
