A wonderful sparkling wine from Fujiclair Winery, made from the indigenous Koshu grape variety, which gives the wine distinctive fruitiness, sweetness and elegant finesse.
Persistent fine bubbles, aromas of apple, lemon peel, quince and orange, together with a bready note from bottle fermentation, distinguish the 2021 vintage. As soon as the wine reaches the palate, an umami character develops that makes it particularly appealing with food. Beautifully balanced by rounded acidity.
