A single-varietal Koshu, carefully fermented in oak barrels and then matured for more than 20 months. Aromas of quince, apricot and fine vanilla unfold on the nose. On the palate, ripe fruit, gentle acidity and subtle oak influence come together harmoniously. Full-bodied, smooth and with refined depth.
Food pairing: Excellent with roast poultry (e.g. chicken nanban), seafood risotto or a savoury quiche.
