A cuvée of Tannat, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, matured for 15 months in small French oak barriques and awarded Gold at the Sakura Awards 2025.
On the nose, the wine shows dark cherry, ripe berry fruit and a fine note of vanilla. On the palate, it is full, deep and structured, with present yet well integrated tannins and lively acidity that gives it balance despite its power.
Culinarily, it pairs particularly well with pâté de campagne, roast beef or a finely interpreted steak.
