Ishigura 2022 comes from the renowned Lumière Winery in Yamanashi Prefecture, the heart of Japanese viticulture. Its name, “Ishigura”, refers to the traditional granite tanks in which the wine is fermented – a method regarded in Japan as part of the country's cultural heritage. This unique vinification gives the wine particular depth and elegance.
🍓 Aromas and Flavour – A Summer Dream
Made from Muscat Bailey A with a small proportion of Black Queen, Ishigura 2022 is a dry, light red wine with 11.5% vol. Its characteristic strawberry bouquet, combined with soft, mild tannins and pleasant acidity, makes it a delicate red wine whose fruitiness is delightfully surprising. Ideal for warm summer evenings and light dishes. It can also be enjoyed slightly chilled.
