Arkadia Prise de Mousse 2018
Arkadia Prise de Mousse 2018 from Takahata is a Chardonnay sparkling wine from Yamagata. The base wine ferments in French oak barriques and spends five months in barrel. Traditional second fermentation in bottle is followed by 56 months of bottle ageing on lees.
White peach and apricot meet citrus notes, roasted nuts and toast. The Brut is juicy and concentrated, with fine mousse, slightly creamy fruit and fresh acidity.
