Katsunuma Jyozo
Aruga Branca Doce 2024
Aruga Branca Doce 2024 from Katsunuma Jyozo is a sweet Koshu from Yamanashi. For this dessert wine, grape must is concentrated by freezing and then fermented, producing pronounced sweetness and fresh acidity.
Candied citrus, white peach and acacia honey appear on the nose. Concentrated fruit meets a silky texture, while lively acidity balances the sweetness.
