Takahata
Zodiaque Cabernet Sauvignon 2018
Zodiaque Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 by Takahata comes from the estate's own vineyards in Yamagata. Cabernet Sauvignon shapes this full-bodied red wine, which matures for 24 months in oak barrels.
Blackcurrant, red plum and raspberry combine with subtle toast notes. The palate shows concentrated fruit and a velvety texture. Supple tannins and well-integrated acidity support a powerful, long finish.
