Château Lumière White 2020 – Lumière
Chardonnay and Petit Manseng shape this white wine from Yamanashi and Nagano grapes. Ripe pear, white flowers and nutty hints meet a soft texture and gentle acidity.
La Clôture Électrique en Kamiwada Chardonnay 2022 – Takahata
This Chardonnay from Kamiwada in Yamagata combines ripe apricot with vanilla, nuts and brioche. Fermentation and eight months in French oak complement the concentrated fruit. Fresh acidity defines its full-bodied palate. Awarded Gold at the International Wine Challenge 2024.
Petit Domaine Rubaiyat 2021 – Marufuji
Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot combine ripe fruit with toasted notes and a hint of forest floor. After eleven months in barrel, the blend is supple and balanced, with a long finish recalling dark chocolate.
